Conditioning ‘4’ Pole Classes

Strength and conditioning class using the pole.

This is a strength and conditioning class using the pole – expect to get a little sweaty!!

This is a 30 minute HIIT/Metafit intense style class to get you physically fitter and stronger for pole, helping you nail those trick and combos in class!

All pole levels are welcome-the instructor will demonstrate variations suitable for all fitness and pole levels, ensuring you can smash your fitness goals.

Maximum 2 per pole. All equipment is cleaning before and after each session.

Note: Changing or cancelling a booking must be done 24 hours before.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothes/gym wear that you can easily move in. Shorts are preferable, but you can also wear leggings, though you may need to roll them above you knee for grip for some exercises. We also recommend you bring a small towel to wipe your hands/the pole during the class.

Classes can be done bare foot or in trainers.

Please bring water to stay hydrated-conditioning is hard work! This is available to buy at the studio if you forget.

You may wear a face mask during class if you prefer, but this is not mandatory. We recommend students wash their hands on arrival/before class.

We have limited storage at the studio, so please bring only bare minimum belongings with you. Essentials are pole wear, grip aids and your own cloth if you need to wipe down the pole during your session.
