Pole Fitness Class – Beginner

For beginner level only – no inverted tricks will be taught in this class.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or had some time off pole and want to ease yourself back, this class is for you!

We will introduce you into the world of pole, where you’ll learn pose, tricks and spins taught step-by-step at a pace that suits you.

Absolutely no dance, fitness or pole experience is required-we all have to start somewhere! Your instructor will guide you through a warm up, take you through moves and tricks to practice during the class then lead a cool down at the end of the session.

Maximum 2 per pole. All equipment is cleaned before and after each session.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothes/gym wear that you can easily move in. Shorts are preferable, but you can also wear leggings, though you may need to roll them above you knee for grip in some poses. We also recommend you bring a small towel to wipe your hands/the pole during the class.

Classes can be done bare foot, in pole heels or in trainers.

Please bring water to stay hydrated-pole is hard work! This is available to buy at the studio if you forget.

You may wear a face mask during class if you prefer, but this is not mandatory. We recommend students wash their hands on arrival/before class.

We have limited storage at the studio, so please bring only bare minimum belongings with you. Essentials are pole wear, grip aids and your own cloth if you need to wipe down the pole during your session.
