Exactly what it says on the tin-a stretch class to improve your flexibility!

In this class we will focus on splits for the majority of the session, though we will also include back and shoulder stretches for a full body workout.
Maybe even throw in some Instagram worthy poses that make us look bendy!

Session is open to all levels, with several variations shown for certain poses. You don’t need to be a pole dancer to attend!

Note: Changing or cancelling a booking must be done 24 hours before.

Instructions

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely. Please also bring a pair of socks for some poses.
Leggings are great for seeing body shape if you want to take before and after pictures-we recommend doing this to mark your progress

This class can be done barefoot, or in trainers if you prefer

Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own. All equipment is cleaned before and after each session
